Brickell Irish Pub Poker Tournament Regulations
Players must be 21 years of age.
Players must register 30 mins. before the tournament begins.
Driver License is required from all players.
All players will be assigned a registration code number.
No purchase or cover charge is required to play, Any form of currency is allowed on the table and any kind of bets will be allowed, even on the side.
Note: It is free for players to play, but it is important that players understand; Brickell Irish Pub is paying the event and prizes to provide an entertainment service for their costumers. The establishment must sell products in order to offset this expense and continue with future tournaments.
If there is not a official dealer at the table, players shall rotate dealership duties.
Cards and chips must remain on or above the table at all times. Inappropriate behavior will be subject to elimination.
Players caught cheating will be disqualified inmediatly from play and from future BIP events.
Any disputes between players will be settled by tournament judges and are final.

What does it cost to play?
Nothing. BIP does not require drink or food purchases, however, BIP encourage you to support your host location.
Is it legal?
Florida State statutes define gambling as having three distinct characteristics: Prize, Chance, and Consideration. If any of these three characteristics are missing, the tournament complies within Florida State law. Poker, by law, is considered to be a game of “chance.” “Prize” – And.. we have it! "Consideration" means anything that is a commercial or financial advantage to the promoter or a disadvantage to any participant. For example, if a purchase or payment must be made by the entrant in order to participate. This means BIP will not charge a fee for players to play Poker in our location. There is no “buy-in.” BIP does not require drink or food purchases. BIP chips have no financial value whats so ever. Each player will sign a sheet stating they understand these regulations in order to be able to play in the tournament. This rules and regulations are also posted at each event.
